Dorothy M. Mckinley

Dorothy Mae McKinley 76 of Ritchey Ave., Bedford, died Tuesday, December 5, 2006 at the Altoona Hospital. She was born May 6, 1930 in Huntingdon, daughter of the late Benjamin James and Lillian (Harry) Hockenberry. On February 15, 1975 in Cumberland she married Gregg L. McKinley and he survives along with her two sons Terry L. Yingling and Kelly L. Yingling both of Bedford, five grandchildren and four great grandchildren, three sisters: Margaret Davis of Davison, Mich, Julia wife of Doyle Counts of Sherwood, Ark and Joan wife of Robert Farmer of Marmora NJ. She was preceded in death by three brothers: Kenneth Hockenberry, Clair “Pete” Hockenberry and John Hockenberry husband of Frances Of Rialto, CA who survives, two sisters: Esther Hockenberry and Mary Hockenberry Crone McCray.
Mrs. McKinley was a member of the Bedford United Methodist Church and retired from Kennametal in 1992.
Private services will be held at the convenience of family, burial in the Sproul Union Cemetery.
