Donald L. Hagenbuch

Donald L.  Hagenbuch Sr., 81, of Latrobe, formerly of Bedford, died Monday, May 6, 2013 at Latrobe Hospital. He was born on December 8, 1931, in Pittsburgh, a son of the late Robert D. and Mildred A. (Tepe) Hagenbuch. On February 2, 1957, in Bedford, he married Donna L. Farabaugh who survives along with the following family: a son, Donald Hagenbuch Jr. married to the former Kimberly Leichty of Cannonsburg; three daughters, Kathy wife of Ken Musselman of Chesterfield, VA, Carole wife of David Billings of Mesa, AZ, Mary Lee wife of Ronald Sheppard of Dallastown, 12 grandchildren, and 10 great grandchildren, two sisters Kathryn C. Hagenbuch and Dorothy Weyant both of Bedford. He was preceded in death by three brothers, Robert, John, and Fred Hagenbuch, and one sister, Lois Bennett.

Donald was a member of St. Rose Catholic Church in Latrobe and a former member of St. Thomas Catholic Church and the Knights of Columbus.  He worked for Somerset Mack in Bedford, Wakeman Trucking and Caro Motor Sales in Everett before retiring in 1992 from Indianapolis Mack.

Funeral Mass will be held on Friday, May 10, 2013, at 10:00 a.m. at the St. Thomas Catholic Church, in Bedford, with Father Donald Dusza celebrant.  Burial at St. Thomas Catholic Cemetery, with full military rites conducted by the Fort Bedford Honor Guard.  Friends will be received on Thursday, from 2-4 and 7-9 pm, at the Timothy A.
