Dolores Montuoro

Dolores Montuoro 77 of New Paris, Pa. died July 27, 2006, at UPMC Bedford Memorial Hospital as a result of injuries sustained from an automobile accident.  She was born on August 26, 1928 in Johnstown, a daughter of the late Walter and Eva (Bibby) Weaver.  On October 10, 1948 in Johnstown, she married Thomas P. Montuoro and he preceded her in death on June 4, 2003. She is survived by a daughter Dolores wife of David Nelson of Hewitt, NJ and a son Thomas P. Montuoro Jr. of New Paris.  5 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.  4 sisters:  Mary Jane Armagost of Windber Shirley Penrod of Johnstown, Beverly Fowler of Everett, Darlene Heider and husband Ron of Johnstown.  2 brothers William Weaver and wife Margaret and Jack Weaver both of Johnstown.  She was preceded in death by one sister Wilmina and 1 brother Walter.

She was a member of the St. Thomas Catholic Church in Bedford, a and was retired as a supervisor in the Dietary department at Bergen Pines Hospital in New Jersey.

Funeral Mass:  Monday July 31, 2006 form the St. Thomas Catholic Church with the Father Raymond Crosser officiating, burial at Bedford County Memorial Park.  Friends will be received on Sunday, from 7-9 PM at the Timothy A. Berkebile Funeral Home in Bedford, where a Vigil Service will be held at 8:30 PM.
