Deborah L. Seibert

July 8, 1956 — April 3, 2015

Deborah L. Seibert, 58, of Bedford, died Friday, April 3, 2015, at Pennknoll Village Nursing Home.  She was born on July 8, 1956, in Baltimore, MD, a daughter of Richard W. “Dicky Duck” and Mary Lou (Carey) Seibert, who survive of Bedford.  She is survived by two sisters: Dawn M. wife of Joe Nave, and Pamela G. wife of Matthew Kagarise, all of Bedford; two nephews: Joe H. Nave and wife Sherri, and family of Bedford, and Christopher W. Nave, of Nags Head, NC; and a niece, Gena Kagarise, of Bedford, and many nieces and nephews She was preceded in death by an infant brother, and an infant sister.

Deborah worked at the Bedford County Workshop.  She was Special Olympics athlete, and competed at the state level in bowling.  She was an avid Baltimore Orioles and Pittsburgh Steelers fan.  She was a member of the Trans Run United Methodist Church, and enjoyed country music, puzzles, and spending time with her family.

Funeral services will be private and held at the convenience of the family. A memorial service at Trans Run Church will be announced at a later date.  Arrangements by the Timothy A. Berkebile Funeral Home, in Bedford.  Those wishing may make memorial contributions in Deborah’s name to: Bedford County Special Olympics, c/o Matthew Kagarise, 122 Mtn.
