Deborah M. Rose, 65, of Bedford, died Saturday, June 6, 2015 at Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh. She was born on October 6, 1949, in Johnstown, a daughter of the late Donald and Theda (Hoffman) Drass. On August 3, 1968, in Winchester, VA, she married David A. Rose who survives along with the following family: a daughter, Diane Riley and husband Robert; a son, Wade Rose, a daughter, Dawn Martin; a daughter, Dana Taylor and husband Jon, all of Bedford; a daughter, Sarah McCormick and husband P.J. of Manns Choice; a son, Robert "Bubby" Rose of Pittsburgh; 10 grandchildren and 1 great granddaughter.
Deborah was a member of the St. Paul's Reformed Church and worked for Allegheny Lutheran Social Ministries in Bedford. She enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren, going to the beach, watching the Steelers and Penn State Football, gardening, and planting flowers. She was a graduate of Bedford High School class of 1967.
