David E. "Bo" White

New Paris

David E. “Bo” White 67, of New Paris, died on Friday, February 18, 2022 at UPMC Altoona Hospital.  He was born on March 5, 1954 in Baltimore, MD a son of the late Robert White and Betty Lou (Dull) Jackovich.  He is survived by his wife Geri White; three children: Heath White of Stoneycreek Township; Jessica Snow Smith and husband Derek; and Nathanial R. White and wife Terushia Jackson of New Paris; six grandchildren: Jayden Gardner, Jewel Gardner, Penni Smith, Nazier White, Myles White, and Asher White; a brother Butch Wills, of Johnstown; a nephew Travis Wills, of Johnstown; two step-children: Jeremy Rajter, and Jessica Blasko; and two step-grandchildren: Ethan and Makala Blasko.  He was preceded in death by his first wife Irene White; and two brothers Robert and Brian White.

Bo retired from DCNR.  He enjoyed fishing, playing pool, and watching the Pittsburgh Steelers.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, February 23, 2022 at 11:00 a.m., in the Chapel at the Timothy A. Berkebile Funeral Home, in Bedford.  Burial at Mt. Union Cemetery, in Lovely.  Friends will be received on Wednesday from 10:00 a.m. until the hour of the service.  Our online guestbook is available at www.berkebilefuneralhome.com.
