Constance Hunt

Constance Hunt, 77 of New Paris, died on Monday, January 16, 2023 at Windber Woods. She was born on February 6, 1945, in Akron, OH, a daughter of the late Charles Frederick and Margaret (Perdew) Hunt.  She is survived by two sons, C. Bruce McKee and husband Steven of Greensburg; and Derek J. McKee and wife Tracy Lynn of McKees Rocks; two brothers, Robert L. Hunt and wife Denyse of Rochester, NY and Samuel J. Hunt and wife Connie of Bedford; and one sister, Sondra K. Haines of Bedford.

Connie graduated from Bedford High School in 1962 and from Thiel College in 1966 with a BA in English. She was a manager at Buchanan Lumber Company, now Your Building Center, in Bedford and later managed Whitetail Wetlands bed & breakfast in New Paris. She was a member of the Bedford Presbyterian Church since 1982, where she also served as an elder and past trustee.
