Catherine A. (Mahoney) Annesley

Catherine A. Annesley 87, of Bedford, died Tuesday, August 22, 2017 at Rebecca’s Personal Care Home.  She was born on August 12, 1930, in Baldwinsville, MA, a daughter of the late Phillip and Mary (Whipple) Mahoney.  On April 19, 1953 in Fort Devens, MA she married Harry G. Annesley, who preceded her in death on September 8, 1993.  She is survived by a son, Scott K. Annesley, and a daughter, Chris wife of Allen Harr, of Bedford; a granddaughter, Shanda Devlin wife of Shawn, of Bloomsburg; and three great-grandchildren: Madison, Dylan, and Emma.  She was preceded in death by three brothers: Phillip, Frances, and John Mahoney; and a sister, Mary Mahoney.

Catherine was an active member of the St. James Episcopal Church, and also managed the St. James Episcopal Thrift Shop.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, August 25, 2017, at 11:00 a.m., at the St. James Episcopal Church, 309 S. Richard, Bedford, with Rev. Patrick Pierce officiating.  Burial at Green Bower Cemetery, in Gardner, MA.  Friends will be received on Thursday, from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. at the Timothy A.
