Catherine M. Lehman

Catherine M. (Eby) Lehman, 76, of Everett, PA, passed away on Wednesday evening, September 9, 2015 in her home.  She was born on August 16, 1939 in Hagerstown, MD, Washington County, a daughter of the late Reuben H. and Edna S. (Martin) Eby. On December 12, 1959 in Hagerstown, MD she married James Lehman and he preceded her in death on June 2, 1962.  She is survived by one daughter: Wilma wife of Seth Petre of Everett, PA; 7 grandchildren; 19 great grandchildren; two brothers: Benjamin Eby and wife Anita, and Seth Eby and wife Lorraine, all of Hagerstown, MD, three sisters:  Rebecca wife of the late Preston Horst, Elizabeth wife of Ivan Martin all of Hagerstown, MD, and Miriam wife of the late Duane Tucker of Bedford.  She was preceded in death by an infant brother, Nelson, and one sister Doris, the first wife of Lester Eby who survives of Clear Spring, MD.

Funeral services will be held on Monday, September 14, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. at the Friends Cove Mennonite Church, 4791 Main Road, Bedford, PA 15522, with the Friends Cove Mennonite Church Ministry officiating.  Friends will be received on Sunday, at the Friends Cove Mennonite Church from 1-3 and 6-8 p.m. and one hour prior to the service at the church on Monday.  Burial will be held at 2:30 p.m., on Monday at the Pleasant View Mennonite Church Cemetery, 346 Warm Spring Road, Chambersburg, PA.  The family has requested flowers to be omitted.  Arrangements by the Timothy A.
