Carolyn Fox

Carolyn Fox, 96 of Highland Drive, Bedford, died Wednesday, May 13, 2015.  She was born on October 10, 1918, in St. Michael, a daughter of the late John and Mary (Lazorjak) Harlan.  On April 3, 1940 at the Corpus Christi Roman Catholic Church in Dunlo, she married George Fox Jr., who preceded her in death on May 17, 1993.  She is survived by a son W. Gary Fox, married to the former Lena Koontz, two daughters Jane, wife of Jim Schisler and Frances, wife of Bill Wise all of Bedford, seven grandchildren: George Fox III and wife Lori of Bedford; Justine (Fox) Hanna, and husband Steve of Fox Chapel; Christine (Schisler) Kline, and Husband Shannon of Bedford; Cathy (Schisler) Kline, and husband Jeff of Centerville; B. Wise, and wife Courtney of Bedford; Carrie (Wise) Rhodes, and husband Deach of Lebanon, OH; Mike Wise, and wife Becky of Peoria, IL; and fourteen great grandchildren.  She also is survived by her twin sister, Betty Dremely, of Rochester, NY and sister Helen Scavuzzo, of Florida.  She was preceded in death by two brothers; Walter and John Harlan, four half-brothers and three half-sisters.

Mrs. Fox was a member of St. Thomas the Apostle Roman Catholic Church in Bedford. She enjoyed spending time with her family and shopping.

Funeral Mass will be held on Monday, May 18, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. from the St. Thomas the Apostle Roman Catholic Church in Bedford with Father Donald Dusza Celebrant.  Burial at St Thomas Catholic Cemetery.
