Carol Ann (Rugh) Mickle

Carol Ann Mickle, 74, of Everett, died on Saturday, September 6, 2025 at her residence. She was born on March 15, 1951 in Bainbridge, GA a daughter of the late Charles and Laverne (Boyd) Rugh. On July 8, 1972 in Bedford, she married Thomas C. Mickle and he survives along with two sons: Bryan C. Mickle of Pittsburgh and Matthew T. Mickle and wife Celina of Carlisle; four grandchildren: Morgan Taylor, Blake Anthony, Lucas, and Elliott; and her lab, Bleu. She is also survived by a sister-in-law Kay Fisher of Bedford and two brother-in-law’s Louis Alan Diehl and wife Jean of Linglestown, and Scott Michael Diehl and wife Michelle of Evans, GA. She was preceded in death by two brothers, Charles R. widow of Carol Jean who survives of New Enterprise, and Raymond A. Rugh.

Carol graduated from Bedford High School, class of 1970 and later worked at Guyer’s Dental Ceramics in Carlisle for 20 years before retirement. Carol enjoyed spending time with her family and grandchildren.
