Carol J. (Kegg) Hinkle

Carol J. Hinkle 50, of Breezewood, died Saturday, November 11, 2023 at UPMC Altoona Hospital.  She was born on January 25, 1973 in Bedford, a daughter of the late Harry and Margaret Jean (Nee) Kegg.  She is survived by a son Holden Hinkle, of Everett; five siblings: Kristine Perez of Philadelphia, David Kegg and wife Becky, of Hyndman, Shaun Daughterty and wife Angie, of Breezewood, Harry Kegg Jr., of Kansas, and Ann Kegg, of Atlanta, GA; numerous nieces and nephews; and her former husband Fred Hinkle, of Everett.

Carol was a 1992 graduate of Everett Area High School.  She worked in the kitchen at the Family House, Gateway Travel Plaza, and the Breezewood VFW.  She loved animals and was an avid collector of native American artifacts.
