Brain A. Lesh, 33, of South Imler Valley Road, Osterburg, went to be with his personal Lord and Savior on Saturday, July 10, 2010 at UPMC Bedford Memorial Hospital as the result of heart failure. He was born on July 11, 1976, in Everett, a son, of Ronald W. and Wanda A. (Wright) Lesh of Everett. On November 13, 1999 in Manns Choice, he married Adra E. Brown who survives along with a daughter, Ashley N. Defibaugh at home, a sister, Angela N. Lesh and friend Adam of Charlotte, NC, a brother, Kevin W. Lesh and wife Maggie of South Carolina, maternal grandmother, Donna M. widow of Webster M. Diehl of Everett, father and mother- in-law, Thomas L. and Stella E. Brown of Bedford, three nephews, and four nieces. He was preceded in death by paternal grandmother Norma Jean Wyles.
He was a member of the Spring Meadow Family Worship Center where he was active with the Lord giving his testimony. He also taught Sunday School and Family classes and was the mens group leader. Brian was active in prison ministry, and filled in for the pastor and also preached at Mtn. Valley Apartments. He coached 7th and 8th grade Jr. High Football from 2005 – 2007 for Chestnut Ridge. He worked at Old Town Pizza and Greenwalts Nursery in snake spring before working at Wal-Mart. Brian enjoyed watching sports, especially the Redskins, gardening, playing cards and games. Brian will be sadly missed as a son, brother, father, husband, son-in-law, and friend.
Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday, July 13, 2010, at 11:00 a.m., in the Chapel at Timothy A. Berkebile Funeral Home, with the Rev. Gary Boor and Rev. Randy Brant officiating. Burial will be private. Friends will be recieved on Monday from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m., at the funeral home.
