Bonnie L. Brenner

Bonnie L. Brenner, 57, of Lenora Street Bedford, died Saturday, April 8, 2006 at her residence after losing her fight with metastatic melanoma, but she is in pain no more and is in better hands.  She was born on July 17, 1948 in Somerset, a daughter of William R. Will and wife Mae of Bedford and the late Anna Fern (Friedline) Will. On December 27, 1970 in Bedford, she married John D. Brenner Sr., and he survives along with the following family, two sons John D. Brenner Jr. married to the former Tara L. Defibaugh of Carlisle, and William R. Brenner married to the former Colleen M. Dunn of Bedford, 2 grandchildren Caitlyn Michele Brenner and Jacob Tyler Brenner, a step-brother, Richard Emerick and wife Barb of Schellsburg, a step-sister, Cindy Anderson and husband Jerry of Middleton, and brother-in law, Robert A. Brenner and wife  Linda, of  Fl.

She enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren, she also liked gardening, reading, and camping.  She was employed at UPMC Bedford Memorial Hospital since 1977. Bonnie was also a former member of the Bedford Women's Club, and was a member of the Women of the Moose chapter 1245 until her death.

Funeral Services on Tuesday, April 11, 2006, at 11:00 AM from the Trinity Lutheran Church in Bedford, with Pastor Raymond E. Short officiating.  Burial in Bedford County Memorial Park.  Friends will be received on Monday from 2-4 and 7-9 PM, at the Timothy A.
