Bonita Lee (Deffibaugh) Fink

Bonita Lee Fink, 74, of Bedford, died on Wednesday, March 12, 2025 at UPMC Altoona Hospital. She was born on August 5, 1950 in Osterburg, a daughter of the late James William and Elsie (Cox) Deffibaugh. On August 18, 1979 in Bedford, she married David Fink and he preceded her in death on May 17, 2014.  She is survived by the following family: two sons, Brian Yingling and fiancé Sherri of Bedford; Justin Fink and wife Shiana of Bedford; one step-daughter, Christine Hoagland of Bedford; one step-son, Michael Fink and wife Stacey of Dover; 18 grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren; two sisters, Kathy Hauck and significant other Bill Miller of Clearville, and Alice Anderson of Sproul.  She was preceded in death by a son, Brent Yingling, two grandchildren, Shaun and Andrew Miller, and a brother, Kerry Deffibaugh.

Bonita graduated from Chestnut Ridge High School in 1968, and worked for Hedstrom and Wal-Mart.  She was the president of the Ladies Auxiliary of the Bedford VFW Post # 7527.  Bonita was a caring person that would help anyone.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, May 3, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Paul’s United Church of Christ, 1338 South Imler Valley Road, Imler, PA 16655, with Rev.
