Billie R. Heeter

Billie Rae Heeter, 26, of Cumberland Road, Bedford, died Thursday, September 13, 2012 at UPMC Bedford Memorial Hospital. She was born on June 1, 1986, the daughter of the late Gary W. Heeter and Sheila (Duncan) Holler, of Bedford. She is survived by two sons: Dominick P. Shipley, and Christopher W. Kauffman, both at home, a sister, Kelly Batzel  and husband Dale  of Bedford, a nephew, Joseph Batzel, a niece, Cheyenne Batzel, also of Bedford, and the following uncles;  James and Rick Deremer, Mark Crawley, and wife Ana, Shirley Crawley, and wife  Bobbi Jo all of Bedford, Dale Deremer, and wife  Kristen of Williamsport, and a great uncle, Arthur Duncan and wife Jean of Bedford  She was preceded in death by her maternal grandmother Blanche Crawley.

Billie was a loving and devoted mother, loving daughter, sister, aunt, niece and friend to everyone she met.  She was a very outgoing and fun loving girl.

Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday, September 18, 2012, at 3:00 p.m. in the Chapel at the Timothy A. Berkebile Funeral Home, in Bedford, with Rev. Michael Adams officiating. Friends will be received on Tuesday, from 12:00 p.m. until the hour of the service at the funeral home.
