Bill H. Williams

William H. “Bill” Williams 70, of Bedford, died Tuesday, August 20, 2024 at UPMC Altoona Hospital.  He was born on March 6, 1954 in Everett, a son of the late Harold and Jessie (Hills) Williams.  On October 20, 1978 in Bedford he married Jody (MacNeill) Williams who survives along with two daughters: Heather E. Williams and husband Tyler Griffin, of Mt. Joy, and Hayley J. Williams, of Lancaster; and two siblings: Barbara J. Bussard and husband Don, of Everett and Kenneth E. Williams, of Bedford.  He was preceded in death by a sister, Janet E. Hanks.

Bill retired from the Gertrude A. Barber National Institute.  He enjoyed family vacations at the beach, relaxing on the porch, and listening to his favorite music.

Private services were held at Everett Cemetery.  Arrangements by the Timothy A. Berkebile Funeral Home, in Bedford.  In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital.  Our online guestbook is available at www.berkebilefuneralhome.com.
