Betty C. (Trail) Wise

Betty Catherine Wise 89, of Brownsville, MD, died Friday, January 1, 2021 at her residence.  She was born on December 27, 1931 in Chaneysville a daughter of the late Ralph M. and Lelia C. (O’Neal) Trail.  On May 12, 1951 in Washington, DC she married Victor H. Wise Jr., who preceded her in death on December 23, 2003.  She is survived by the following family: a daughter Vicki L. Woods and husband Charles, of Buford, GA, a daughter Cathy A. Cammauf widow of Theodore, of Leola, a son David T. Wise and wife Alyce, of Deltona, FL, and a daughter Julie L. McGrane and husband Lawrence, of Brownsville, MD; 13 grandchildren: Rebecca Scott, Amanda DiIorio, Abigail Griffeth, Timothy Cammauf, Nicholas Cammauf, Allison Harnish, Stephen Cammauf, David Wise, Jonathan Wise, Owen, Logan, Galen, and Finian McGrane; 21 great-grandchildren; two brothers: Gary Trail and wife Mary, of Ridgeley, WV, and William Trail and wife Juanita, of Artemas; and a sister Margaret Shearer and husband Ronald, of Carlisle.  She was preceded in death by two brothers: John Trail, and James Trail, widow Leona, surviving of Everett.

Betty was a strong Christian who loved the Lord.
