Betty R. Roose, 84, of Illinois Lane, Bedford, died Thursday, September 8, 2011 at her home. She was born on April 15, 1927, in Somerset, a daughter, of the late William and Anne (Shaulis) McVicker. She was married Gordon K. Roose and he preceded her in death on October 19, 1994. She is survived by five children: son Gordon K. Roose Jr. married to the former Vicki Earnest, son Anthony Roose both of Bedford, son Timothy Roose of Cleveland, TN, daughter and caregiver Pamela wife of Steve Davis, and robin Robin wife of James Rodfong both of Bedford. Also surviving are nine grandchildren: Rob, Kevin, Michelle, Richard, Michael, Betty Sue, Denver, Jessica, and Jennifer; eleven great-grandchildren; and a sister, Marie Vought of Boswell. She was preceded in death by a grandson Richard, a sister June, and a brother Clarence.
Funeral Services will be held at the convenience of the family.
