Bernard L. Price

Bernard L. Price 84 of Bedford, died Thursday, October 18, 2018 at Pennknoll Village Nursing Home.  He was born on August 9, 1934 in Bedford a son of the late David and Margaret (Dunkle) Price.  On May 17, 1958 in Cumberland, MD he married Roxanne (Barnes) Price who survives along with two sons: Terry Lee Price of Bedford and Jerry Lynn Price and companion Denise Hillegass of Bedford; a granddaughter, Shayna Price; two great-grandchildren: Destiny and Dalton; and numerous nieces and nephews.  He was preceded in death by four brothers: Kenneth, Fredrick, Earl, and Donnie Price; three sisters: Katherine Gates, Dorothy Weyant, and Ellen Hann.

Bernard attended Bedford High School and worked as a carpenter until his retirement.  He enjoyed watching westerns, NASCAR, and horse racing.

Funeral services will be held on Monday, October 22, 2018 at 11:00 a.m., in the Chapel at the Timothy A. Berkebile Funeral Home, in Bedford, with Pastor Gary Blankey officiating.  Burial will be held private.  Friends will be received on Monday from 10:00 a.m., until the hour of the service at the funeral home.  Our online guestbook is available at www.berkebilefuneralhome.com
