Barbara L. (Mock) Naylor

Barbara L. Naylor 83, of Bedford, died Sunday, May 5, 2024 at UPMC Mercy Hospital.  She was born on July 26, 1940 in Johnstown a daughter of the late Robert K. and Helen (Lee) Mock.  On May 8, 1972 in Cumberland, MD she married Franklin Naylor who preceded her in death on April 20, 1984.  She is survived by four children: Michael Naylor, of Everett, Serena Airhart and husband Donald, of Hopewell, Mark Naylor and significant other Tammy Imler, of Duncansville, and Laura Blackburn and husband William, of Schellsburg; 18 grandchildren; and 24 great-grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by a daughter, Janet Clark; two grandchildren; and two brothers: Robert and Richard Mock.

Barbara was a Jehovah’s Witness.  She worked as a nurse’s aid at the former Mile Level Manor.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday, May 9, 2024 at 11:00 a.m., in the Chapel at the Timothy A. Berkebile Funeral Home, in Bedford, with Elder Todd Baer officiating.  Burial at Bedford County Memorial Park.  Friends will be received on Thursday from 10:00 a.m, until the hour of the service.  Our online guestbook is available at www.berkebilefuneralhome.com.
