Nancy Eileen (Bartholow) Fochtman 73, of Bedford, PA passed away January 15, 2018 at UPMC Bedford. She was born on February 7, 1944 in Bedford, a daughter of the late Leo and Anna Dean (Kidd) Bartholow.  On May 28, 1966 in New Baltimore, she married Douglas Fochtman, her husband of 51 years, who survives along with a daughter, Susan Fochtman Corley married to Glenn, and two grandsons, Devin and Kyle Corley, all of Hagerstown; a brother, John Bartholow and wife Joyce, of Shippensburg; and many nieces, nephews, brother-in laws and sister-in-laws.  She was preceded in death by a son Steven Fochtman.

Nancy graduated in 1962 from Bedford High School.  Nancy retired from and was employed as a hostess at the Landmark Restaurant in Bedford.  She also worked at the Sewing Factory in Everett and provided babysitting for several families over the years.  She enjoyed watching the Western Channel, the Andy Griffith show, and game shows.  Nancy was an avid reader and loved her beloved kitties.  Most importantly she enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held private.  Arrangements by the Timothy A. Berkebile Funeral Home, in Bedford.
