Schaeffer who preceded her in death on March 2, 2000.  She is survived by the following family: a son Lloyd W. Schaeffer and wife Jessie, of Panama City Beach, FL; a daughter M. Marie loved spending time with her family and friends and always lit up the room with her wonderful smile and laughter. She enjoyed cooking, gardening, playing cards and board games, singing old hymns and in her earlier years enjoyed bowling and swimming.  She was a long-time active member of Yeager Lutheran Church and participated in Garden Club, Lioness Club, Grange and Patriotic Order of America.

Marie had the best memory and told captivating stories of life on the farm and memorable moments with loved ones over the years. She had a grateful heart and was always thankful for what she had, especially her large family that loved her so.  She showed compassion and unconditional love to those around her and anyone she met.  She was a woman full of grace and loved the Lord Jesus Christ with all her heart and encouraged her family to always love and trust in Him.  She faithfully prayed for all of her children and grandchildren.
