Catherine L. (Norris) Feight

Catherine L. Feight 89, of Everett, died Thursday, December 26, 2019 at Pennknoll Village Nursing Home.  She was born on October 17, 1930 in Mt. Union a daughter of the late Leroy H. Norris and Ethel M. (Snow) Norris-Wagner.  On September 10, 1946 in Cumberland, MD she married Jack D. Feight, her husband of 61 years, who preceded her in death on September 19, 2007.  She is survived by a son, Jack E. Feight, of Everett, and a daughter Karen L. Foor, of Bedford; a grandson, Travis Foor; five great-grandchildren: Jacquelyn, Sophia, Isaac, Hunter, and Branson; a brother Jack Norris and wife Lois, of Mechanicsburg, a sister Nancy Swartz and husband Larry, of Michigan, and a half-brother David Wagner.  She was preceded in death by a granddaughter, Kristie Raymond, a sister, Sandra Norris, a half-sister, Ethel Wagner, a son Terry “Tar” Feight, and an infant son.

In her younger years she worked at the former Bedford Steam Laundry, and Everett Sewing Factory, as well as a Cigar Factory in Baltimore.  She enjoyed sewing, traveling with her relatives, and watching the birds at her feeder every day outside her window.  She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother

A graveside service will be announced at a later date.  Arrangements by the Timothy A. Berkebile Funeral Home, in Bedford.
