Dear Linda and Diana, I was hoping to see your mother next month at my mother's (Irma) memorial service. Sadly, this won't happen now. But I know she is happy with your dad, just as my mom is happy with my dad. Our mothers were great friends in life, with a love and respect for each other that was true to the end. It was an honor to know your mom. My sympathy for your loss.

I was fortunate enough to know Jane since 1944 when we lived just half a block apart. She was a kind, loving, and inspirational person who must be remembered for her strong positive influence on our community. It has been written than none may leave this life until they have performed some lasting service for humankind. Jane succeeded beyond the reach of most of us, starting with the Fall Foliage. Indeed humanity, and especially our community, was stronger because of her and because of Bob.

Linda & Diana,
So sorry for the loss of your Mother. I have so many good memories of your mother and dad and my parents being merchants together. The Fall Foliage and the BBQ Beef sandwiches eating at the Coach Room and so much more. Keeping you in our thoughts and prayers!

For Linda and Diana,
My sympathies with you and all your family. Your parents gave me my first real job and I won't forget the lessons working at the Coach Room from your parents and other family members.
Your parents charitble activities were inspiring and will live with me always.
And the personal fun we had at work, at PSU, and at their home are cherished memories.
With my deepest sympathies mixed with happy and fond memories both at work and at play,
Gregg L:undeen

Linda, Diane and family, it takes a lot to make me cry these days but hearing of your mom's passing set me off. She was loved and adored. The respect I had for her and your dad was immense. Richard Street has never been the same. My deepest condolences to you all.

My thoughts and prayers are with you all at this time. Janey and Bob were like family to me, and always made me feel welcome. I have far too many wonderful memories to be able to list them all and will continue to carry them with me. This is bitter sweet for me. ..... I am saddened by our loss of Janet, but so happy for her that she is now reunited with Bob and Brian.
Linda and Diana. .... if there is anything I can do please don't hesitate to reach out to me.
